Shipping policy
Every MangaJDM shirt, mug, notebook, and print is made to order just for you. That means a little extra wait, but no warehouses full of unsold stock.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks of being placed.
- Production takes 2–5 business days. Your item is printed, checked, and packed by one of our US print partners.
- Shipping takes 3–7 business days within the US once your order leaves production.
Orders with several items may ship in separate packages from different production facilities, so they can arrive on different days. You won't pay extra shipping for that.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items and address. [Optional: Free US shipping on orders over $XX.]
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. [Optional: International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks, and any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the customer.]
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a shipping email with tracking once your package is on its way.
Busy seasons
Around holidays and big sales, production and carrier times can run longer. For gifts, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks ahead.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 24 hours of ordering, before your item goes into production. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped.
Late, lost, or damaged packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 3 weeks, tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your item arrived damaged, email support@mangajdm.com. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund, as described in our Refund Policy.
